UNMATCHED FEEDING CAPACITY Our most productive, highest capacity corn head is equipped to handle the most demanding harvests. With all-model compatibility and a range of available configurations, the 9200 series is built to meet your needs. | |
HIGH CAPACITY, HIGH PRODUCTIVITYNew for model year 2025, the 9200 corn head series features a new high-capacity auger on the 12- and 16-row 30-inch models, allowing the head to smoothly feed corn from even the widest headers and highest ground speeds. These models are built to meet the high capacity potential of our CR10 and CR11 combines, while also equipped to help maximize productivity on our full CR combine line. |
NEW ROW UNITNEW ROW UNIT FEATURING IMPROVED DUAL ACTION DECK PLATE CONTROLThe 9200 series corn head features an updated dual-action deck plate control system which incorporates urethane bushings that provide approximately ¼-inch self-adjust gap functionality – allowing the deck plates to automatically compensate for variation on stalk diameter while harvesting. This new row unit is also redesigned to be lighter weight (compared to previous 30-inch corn head models) to minimize field compaction and fuel consumption, while also providing excellent durability to help drive down total harvesting cost. The gathering chain tension system has been improved through the addition of a travel limit link to ensure both chains remain in-time for optimal feeding, while also providing a simple de-tension functionality for gathering chain maintenance. |
INTEGRATED STALK STOMPERSFACTORY-INSTALLED INTEGRATED STALK STOMPERSThe 9200 series corn head frames feature an integrated toolbar, allowing for simple and direct installation of the optional stalk stomper assemblies. A tire/track option, as well as service parts, are available from the factory. |
TALL CORN DIVIDERSTALL CORN DIVIDERS COMPATIBLE WITH ACTIVE END AUGERSNew tall corn dividers have been designed to be compatible with active end augers to allow quick and simple changeover between crop conditions. When the tall corn dividers are not required, they can be securely stored on the back side of the header, revealing the optional active end dividers which assist with saving corn when stalks are leaning or down. |
